Unspecified (narrative injunction within the Adhyaya; likely delivered within the Pulastya–Bhīṣma dialogue context typical of Sṛṣṭikhaṇḍa)

Concept: Ritual is completed by humility and proper delivery: pradakṣiṇā, namaskāra, respectful leave-taking, and ensuring the gift reaches the worthy recipient.

Application: Finish commitments fully: express gratitude, close interactions respectfully, and ensure your promised help is actually delivered—not merely intended.

Primary Rasa: shanta

Type: city

Visual Art Cues: {"scene_description":"After the rite, the donor circles the honored recipient with measured steps, then bows deeply, palms touching the earth in reverence. FAQs

It prescribes a respectful closure: circumambulate, bow, take leave, and then deliver the gifted items (such as a bed and a cow) to a brāhmaṇa’s house.

They represent significant, welfare-giving gifts in dharma literature—supporting comfort/shelter (bed) and sustenance/ritual economy (cow)—and thus exemplify meaningful dāna.

It emphasizes humility and follow-through: honor the recipient with reverence and ensure that promised gifts are actually delivered, completing the rite with integrity.
