राजीमरीचिलोणोत्थां पुत्तलीं जुहुयान्निशि । प्रपदाभ्यां च जंघाभ्यां जानुभ्यामुरुयुग्मतः ॥ १०९ ॥

rājīmarīciloṇotthāṃ puttalīṃ juhuyānniśi | prapadābhyāṃ ca jaṃghābhyāṃ jānubhyāmuruyugmataḥ || 109 ||

രാത്രിയിൽ കടുകിന്റെ കിരണങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുയർന്ന ലവണ-രജസ്സിൽ നിന്നുണ്ടാക്കിയ ചെറിയ പുത്തളിയെ അഗ്നിയിൽ ഹോമമായി അർപ്പിക്കണം; ഇത് പാദതലം, ജംഘ, മുട്ട്, ഉരുദ്വയം എന്നിവയുടെ ശാന്ത്യർത്ഥം।
