हृद्धरासहितं दाहरयौ चरसमन्वितौ । रसः स्थिरा ततः प्राणो रसाग्निसहितो भवेत् ॥ ६२ ॥
hṛddharāsahitaṃ dāharayau carasamanvitau | rasaḥ sthirā tataḥ prāṇo rasāgnisahito bhavet || 62 ||
ഹൃദയവും അതിനെ താങ്ങുന്ന നാഡീധാരകളും സംയുക്തമാകുകയും, ജഠരാഗ്നി ചലനത്തോടുകൂടി പ്രവർത്തിക്കയും ചെയ്താൽ ദേഹരസം സ്ഥിരമാകും; തുടർന്ന് പ്രാണൻ രസവും അഗ്നിയും സഹിതനാകും।
