FAQs

It teaches a precise inner ritual (nyāsa) and meditation method: installing mantra-phonemes in the Maṇipūraka chakra and contemplating Īśvara there, linking bodily centers with divine realization.

Bhakti here is expressed as focused contemplation of Īśvara within the subtle body; the technical nyāsa becomes a disciplined way to steady devotion through mantra and visualization.

It reflects technical mantra practice using the ordered phoneme-series (mātṛkā/varṇa-krama, “ka to ṭha”) applied in nyāsa—showing a ritual-phonetic discipline connected with śikṣā (phonetics) and mantra-vidyā.
