നാഭിസ്ഥ മണിപൂരകത്തിലെ ദശദള ചക്രത്തിൽ ന്യാസം ചെയ്ത്, ക മുതൽ ഠ വരെ അക്ഷരപൂർവകമായി ശാകിനിയോടുകൂടിയ ഈശ്വരനെ അവിടെ ധ്യാനിക്കണം।
