विपंचीं वादयन्वाद्यं ललितां गीतिमुज्जगौ । सुगीत्या ललिता यास्तु आगायत विधा दश ॥ ११४ ॥
vipaṃcīṃ vādayanvādyaṃ lalitāṃ gītimujjagau | sugītyā lalitā yāstu āgāyata vidhā daśa || 114 ||
അവൻ വിപഞ്ചി വാദ്യം വായിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ലളിതമായ മധുരഗാനം ആലപിച്ചു. അത്തരം ലളിതഗീതങ്ങൾ സുസ്വരഗാനത്തോടെ പത്ത് വിധങ്ങളായി പാടപ്പെടുന്നു.
