Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 80

Hanumān-mantra-kathana: Mantra-bheda, Nyāsa, Yantra, and Prayoga

विशल्योषधिशब्दांते समानयन संपठेत् । बालोदित ततो भानुमंडलग्रसनेति च ॥ ८० ॥

viśalyoṣadhiśabdāṃte samānayana saṃpaṭhet | bālodita tato bhānumaṃḍalagrasaneti ca || 80 ||

‘വിശല്യാ’ ‘ഔഷധി’ എന്നീ പദങ്ങൾ ചേർത്ത് ‘സമാനയന’ എന്നാരംഭിക്കുന്ന മന്ത്രം ജപിക്കണം. പിന്നെ സൂര്യോദയസമയത്ത് ‘ഭാനുമണ്ഡലഗ്രസന’ എന്ന മന്ത്രവും ജപിക്കണം.
