पादयोश्चैव विन्यस्य मूलने व्यापकं चरेत् । वदेत्तत्पुरुषायांते विद्महेति पदं ततः ॥ १४ ॥
pādayoścaiva vinyasya mūlane vyāpakaṃ caret | vadettatpuruṣāyāṃte vidmaheti padaṃ tataḥ || 14 ||
പാദങ്ങളിലും ന്യാസം ചെയ്ത്, തുടർന്ന് മൂലസ്ഥാനത്ത് വ്യാപക-ന്യാസം നടത്തണം. തത്പുരുഷ മന്ത്രത്തിന്റെ അവസാനം പിന്നെ ‘വിദ്മഹേ’ എന്ന പദം ഉച്ചരിക്കണം।
