The Narration of the Trayodaśī Vow Observed Throughout the Twelve Months
ऊर्ज्शुक्लत्रयोदश्यामेकभोजी द्विजोत्तम । पुनः स्नात्वा प्रदोषे तु वाग्यतः सुसमाहितः ॥ ४८ ॥
ūrjśuklatrayodaśyāmekabhojī dvijottama | punaḥ snātvā pradoṣe tu vāgyataḥ susamāhitaḥ || 48 ||
ഹേ ദ്വിജോത്തമ, ഊർജ ശുക്ലപക്ഷ ത്രയോദശിയിൽ ഒരിക്കൽ മാത്രം ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കണം; പിന്നെ പ്രദോഷത്തിൽ വീണ്ടും സ്നാനം ചെയ്ത് വാക്ക് നിയന്ത്രിച്ച് മനസ്സിനെ ദൃഢമായി ഏകാഗ്രമാക്കണം।
