The Narration of the Trayodaśī Vow Observed Throughout the Twelve Months
गृहद्वारे बहिर्दद्याद्यमो मे प्रीयतामिति । एवं कृते तु विप्रेंद्र यमपीडा न जायते ॥ ४७ ॥
gṛhadvāre bahirdadyādyamo me prīyatāmiti | evaṃ kṛte tu vipreṃdra yamapīḍā na jāyate || 47 ||
വീട്ടുവാതിലിന് പുറത്തായി ‘യമൻ എനിക്കു പ്രസന്നനാകട്ടെ’ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു അർപ്പണം വെക്കണം; ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്താൽ, ഹേ വിപ്രേന്ദ്ര, യമപീഡ ഉണ്ടാകില്ല।
