Adhyāya 290: Kuntī’s Mantra-Parīkṣā and the Appearance of Sūrya (कुन्ती–सूर्यसंवादः)
अभिद्रुत्य महावेगस्ताडयामास मूर्थनि । तस्येन्द्रजिदसम्भ्रान्त: प्रासेनोरसि वीर्यवान्
abhidrutya mahāvegastāḍayāmāsa mūrdhani | tasyendrajid asambhrāntaḥ prāsena urasi vīryavān ||
മഹാവേഗത്തോടെ പാഞ്ഞെത്തി അവൻ അവന്റെ തലയിൽ പ്രഹരിച്ചു; എന്നാൽ ഇന്ദ്രജിത് അല്പവും വിറയാതെ, ആ വീര്യവാൻ പ്രാസംകൊണ്ട് അവന്റെ നെഞ്ചിൽ കുത്തി ഭേദിച്ചു.
