Display of Divine Weapons and Its Prohibition

तदहं वज्ञसंकाशैमे॑हिन्द्रास्त्रप्रचोदितै: । अचूर्णयं वेगवद्धि: शरजालैर्महाहवे,तब मैंने महेन्द्रासत्रसे अभिमन्त्रित वज्रतुल्य वेगवान्‌ बाणोंद्वारा उस महासमरमें गिरनेवाले समस्त शिला-खण्डोंको चूर-चूर कर दिया

tad ahaṁ vajrasaṅkāśair mehendrāstrapracoditaiḥ | acūrṇayaṁ vegavaddhiḥ śarajālair mahāhave ||

അർജുനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അപ്പോൾ മഹേന്ദ്രാസ്ത്രം പ്രേരിപ്പിച്ച വജ്രസമാന വേഗമുള്ള അമ്പുകളുടെ ജാലംകൊണ്ട്, ആ മഹാസമരത്തിൽ വീണുകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന ശിലാഖണ്ഡങ്ങളെല്ലാം ഞാൻ പൊടിയാക്കി.
