FAQs

It places ijyā (worship/ritual service) as a primary sustaining duty within society, implying that ordered life and mutual obligations are supported by acts that ultimately orient the pashu (soul) toward Pati (Shiva) through dharmic conduct.

Indirectly, it reflects Shiva-tattva as the stabilizing principle behind dharma: when beings perform their ordained actions—especially worship—social harmony (saṃvyavahāra) continues, reducing pasha through disciplined, Shiva-aligned karma.

Ijyā—regular worship and sacrificial service—is highlighted as the core practice; in a Shaiva frame, this includes Linga-puja as a purifying discipline that supports inner steadiness conducive to Pashupata-oriented spiritual progress.
