यदि॒ कामा॑दपका॒माद्धृद॑या॒ज्जाय॑ते॒ परि॑ । हृ॒दो ब॒लास॒मङ्गे॑भ्यो ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे

IAST Transliteration

yádi kā́mād apakā́mād hṛ́dayāj jā́yate pári | hṛdó balā́sám aṅgébhyo bahír nírmantrayāmahé ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

If from desire or from thwarted desire it spring forth from the heart, the balāsa from the heart—from the limbs we charm it forth and drive without.

Translation

ആഗ്രഹത്തിൽ നിന്നോ തടസ്സപ്പെട്ട ആഗ്രഹത്തിൽ നിന്നോ അത് ഹൃദയത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ചുറ്റും ഉദ്ഭവിച്ചാൽ—ഹൃദയത്തിലെ ബലാസത്തെ; അതിനെ അവയവങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾ മന്ത്രബലത്തോടെ പുറത്തേക്ക് വിളിച്ചു, പുറത്തേക്ക് തുരത്തുന്നു.
