Sukta 37
अवकादानभिशोचानप्सु ज्योतय मामकान्। पिशाचान्त्सर्वानोषधे प्र मृणीहि सहस्व च
avakādā́n abhiśocā́n apsú jyótaya māmakā́n | piśācā́n sárvān oṣadhe prá mṛṇīhi sáhasva ca ||
The Avakāda-ones, scorching there in the waters—bring them to light, those that are mine: all the Piśācas, O Herb, crush forth; prevail thou also.
അവകാദാ-വാളർ, ജലങ്ങളിൽ കത്തിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നവർ—എന്റെവരായ അവരെ വെളിച്ചത്തിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുവരിക. ഹേ ഔഷധേ, എല്ലാ പിശാചുകളെയും ഞെരിച്ച് തകർത്തു പുറത്താക്കി നശിപ്പിക്ക; നീയും ജയിക്ക, സഹിഷ്ണുതയോടെ നിലകൊൾ.
