महान्तं कोशमुदचाभि षिञ्च सविद्युतं भवतु वातु वातः । तन्वतां यज्ञं बहुधा विसृष्टा आनन्दिनीरोषधयो भवन्तु

IAST Transliteration

mahā́ntaṃ kóśam údakā́bhí siñca savidyútam bhavatu vā́tu vā́taḥ | tanvátāṃ yajñáṃ bahudhā́ vísṛṣṭā ānandínīr óṣadhayo bhavantu ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Pour forth the water from the mighty store; let it be with lightning; let the Wind blow. Let the sacrifice be spread abroad in many forms; let the herbs, sent forth, become gladdening and full of joy.

Translation

മഹത്തായ കോശം (ഭണ്ഡാരം) നിന്നു ജലം ഉയർത്തി ഒഴിക്കുക/തളിക്കുക; അത് വിദ്യുത്സഹിതമാകട്ടെ; വാതം (കാറ്റ്) വീശട്ടെ. പലവിധമായി വ്യാപിക്കുന്ന യജ്ഞം വിരിയട്ടെ; വിട്ടയക്കപ്പെട്ട ഔഷധികൾ ആനന്ദിനികളായി, ഹർഷപൂർണ്ണങ്ങളായി മാറട്ടെ.
