अष्टकृत्वो मंत्रजप्तैर्वस्त्रपूतैः सुगंधिभिः । प्रोचुर्गांगजलैः स्नानं घृतस्नानाधिकं बुधाः

aṣṭakṛtvo maṃtrajaptairvastrapūtaiḥ sugaṃdhibhiḥ | procurgāṃgajalaiḥ snānaṃ ghṛtasnānādhikaṃ budhāḥ

ນັກປັນຍາທັງຫຼາຍໄດ້ກ່າວວ່າ ການອາບດ້ວຍນ້ຳຄົງຄາ—ຕັກຮາດ 8 ຄັ້ງ ອັນຊຳລະດ້ວຍການຈັບມະນະຕຣາ ກອງຜ່ານຜ້າ ແລະໃຫ້ຫອມ—ຍັງປະເສີດກວ່າການອາບດ້ວຍນ້ຳມັນເນີຍໃສ (ghṛta) ອີກ។
