FAQs

It affirms that authentic Purāṇic narration is “nectar-like” and spiritually fruitful, because it clarifies dharma and removes inner uncertainty, enabling steadier faith and practice.

By praising the power of sacred narration, it supports bhakti’s core method of śravaṇa (devotional hearing): listening to holy accounts deepens trust, refines intention, and dispels doubts that obstruct devotion.

Indirectly, it highlights the Vedāṅga principle of clear communication and correct meaning—especially the role of precise language and interpretation (linked to Vyākaraṇa/Nirukta) in removing doubt and establishing right understanding.
