ໄວສັມປາຍະນະກ່າວວ່າ: ແມ່ນແຕ່ມະຫາບຸລຸດຜູ້ມີໃຈຍິ່ງໃຫຍ່ທັງຫ້ານັ້ນ ກໍຈະຖືກປານດະວະທັງຫຼາຍອອກຮົບຕໍ່ຕ້ານ—ເປັນເຄື່ອງຊີ້ວ່າປານດະວະພ້ອມຈະເຜີຍໜ້າກັບຄູ່ຕໍ່ສູ້ອັນນ່າຢ້ານ ເພື່ອປົກປ້ອງສິດແລະທຳມະຂອງຕົນ.
