Sainyavinyāsa–Lakṣaṇa (Disposition of Armies and Battlefield Omens) | सैन्यविन्यास–लक्षणम्

चन्द्रप्रभं श्वेतमथातपत्र सौवर्णसख्रग्‌ भ्राजति चोत्तमाड़े । त॑ सर्वतः शकुनि: पर्वतीयै: सार्थ गान्धारैर्याति गान्धारराज:

sañjaya uvāca |

candraprabhaṁ śvetam athātapatraṁ sauvarṇa-srag bhrājati cottamāṅge |

taṁ sarvataḥ śakuniḥ parvataiyaiḥ sārthaṁ gāndhārair yāti gāndhāra-rājaḥ ||

ສັນຊະຍະໄດ້ກ່າວວ່າ: ຮົ່ມຂາວສະຫວ່າງດັ່ງແສງຈັນ ຖືກຊູງຂຶ້ນເທິງສີສະຂອງລາວ, ແລະພວງມາລາຄຳກໍສ່ອງປະກາຍຢູ່ເທິງຫົວ. ກະສັດແຫ່ງຄັນທາຣາ ຊະກຸນິ ໄດ້ກ້າວໜ້າມາພ້ອມນັກຮົບພູເຂົາແຫ່ງຄັນທາຣາ ເຄື່ອນໄປໃຫ້ລ້ອມດຸຣຍົທະນະຈາກທຸກດ້ານ—ເປັນພາບແຫ່ງການປົກປ້ອງ ແຕ່ກໍບອກໃຫ້ເຫັນເຖິງເຄືອຂ່າຍຄຳປຶກສາແລະອິດທິພົນອັນແນ່ນໜາທີ່ຫໍ້ຫຸ້ມຝ່າຍກໍຣະວະ ໃນຍາມທີ່ກອງທັບກຳລັງຈັດຮູບຂະບວນສົງຄາມ.
