ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ລາວໄດ້ຮົບຢູ່ໃນສະໜາມຮົບ ຕາມທຳມະຂອງກະສັດນັກຮົບ—ເຂົ້າສູ່ການປະລະມືຕາມໜ້າທີ່ ທ່າມກາງຄວາມຄຶກຄືນຂອງສົງຄາມ.
