देवदूत उवाच । त्वं रावणविनाशार्थमवतीर्णो धरातले । स च व्यापादितो दुष्टः पापस्त्रैलोक्यकंटकः
devadūta uvāca | tvaṃ rāvaṇavināśārthamavatīrṇo dharātale | sa ca vyāpādito duṣṭaḥ pāpastrailokyakaṃṭakaḥ
ದೇವದೂತನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ರಾವಣವಿನಾಶಾರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ನೀನು ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವತಾರಗೊಂಡೆ; ಆ ದುಷ್ಟ, ಪಾಪಿ, ತ್ರಿಲೋಕಕಂಟಕನು ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಸಂಹೃತನಾದನು।
