ಅಷ್ಟರಲ್ಲಿ ತ್ವರಾನ್ವಿತನಾದ ಶಕ್ರ (ಇಂದ್ರ)ನು ಪುಷ್ಕರಾವರ್ತಕ ಮೇಘಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿತಲದಲ್ಲಿ ವೃಷ್ಟಿ ಸುರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದನು।
