स दृष्ट्वा तत्प्रभावं तल्लिंगं देवस्य शूलिनः । हाटकेश्वरसंज्ञस्य भयं चक्रे नरोद्भवम्
sa dṛṣṭvā tatprabhāvaṃ talliṃgaṃ devasya śūlinaḥ | hāṭakeśvarasaṃjñasya bhayaṃ cakre narodbhavam
ಆ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ—ಶೂಲಧಾರಿ ದೇವನ ಹಾಟಕೇಶ್ವರ ಎಂಬ ನಾಮದ ಲಿಂಗವನ್ನು—ಅದು ಮಾನವರಿಗೆ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಿಬಿಡಬಹುದೆಂದು ಅವನು ಭಯಪಟ್ಟನು.
