न च मंदं न चाकाशे संस्थितां स्वर्धुनीं हरिः । स्वपन्पश्यति कृष्णांगीं नित्यं नारीं धृतायुधाम्
na ca maṃdaṃ na cākāśe saṃsthitāṃ svardhunīṃ hariḥ | svapanpaśyati kṛṣṇāṃgīṃ nityaṃ nārīṃ dhṛtāyudhām
ಅವನು ಚಂದ್ರನನ್ನೂ ಕಾಣಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿತವಾದ ಸ್ವರ್ಗಗಂಗೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕಾಣಲಿಲ್ಲ. ನಿದ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸದಾ ಆಯುಧಧಾರಿಣಿಯಾದ ಶ್ಯಾಮಾಂಗಿಯ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯನ್ನು ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.
