vasaṃte nṛtyagītaiśca toṣayāmāsa pārvatīm | ṣaṣṭhakālāśanā sādhvī sasyadānaparā yaṇā

Translation

ವಸಂತ ಋತುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳು ನೃತ್ಯ-ಗೀತಗಳಿಂದ ಪಾರ್ವತಿಯನ್ನು ತೃಪ್ತಿಪಡಿಸಿದಳು. ಆ ಸಾಧ್ವಿ ಷಷ್ಠಕಾಲದಲ್ಲೇ ಆಹಾರಮಾಡಿ, ಧಾನ್ಯदानದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಾಯಣಳಾಗಿದ್ದಳು.
