एवं विलपमानस्य मम सूत कुलोद्वह । आगताः सुहृदः सर्वे रुरुदुस्तेऽपि दुःखिताः

Transliteration

evaṃ vilapamānasya mama sūta kulodvaha | āgatāḥ suhṛdaḥ sarve ruruduste'pi duḥkhitāḥ

Translation

ಕುಲಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠನಾದ ಸೂತನೇ! ನಾನು ಹೀಗೆ ವಿಲಪಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ, ನನ್ನ ಮಿತ್ರರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಬಂದರು; ಅವರೂ ಸಹ ದುಃಖಿತರಾಗಿ ಅಳಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು.
