पाखंडिनां च यत्पापं नास्तिकानां च यद्भवेत् । तन्मे स्याद्यदि नो हन्मि सर्पं दृष्टिवशं गतम्

pākhaṃḍināṃ ca yatpāpaṃ nāstikānāṃ ca yadbhavet | tanme syādyadi no hanmi sarpaṃ dṛṣṭivaśaṃ gatam

ಪಾಖಂಡಿಗಳ ಪಾಪವೂ, ನಾಸ್ತಿಕರಿಗಿರುವ ಯಾವ ಪಾಪವೋ ಅದೂ, ದೃಷ್ಟಿವಶವಾಗಿ ಬಂದ ಈ ಸರ್ಪವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಸಂಹರಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದು ನನಗಾಗಲಿ.
