Transliteration

eṣa ātmā mayā dattastava hemamayo dvija | yatkiṃcidvihitaṃ pāpaṃ pūrvaṃ bhūyāttavākhilam

Translation

ಹೇ ದ್ವಿಜನೇ! ಸ್ವರ್ಣರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಆತ್ಮಪ್ರತೀಕವನ್ನು ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ದತ್ತವಾಗಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಹಿಂದೆ ನಡೆದ ಯಾವ ಪಾಪವಿದ್ದರೂ ಅದು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನದಾಗಲಿ.
