ಯಾರು ಯಾರ ವರ್ಣದಿಂದ ಹೀನನಾಗಿರುವನೋ, ಅವನು ಈ ಗಣನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಷ್ಟಾದಶಮ ಪುರುಷನೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಉತ್ತಮ’ ಹಾಗೂ ‘ಮಧ್ಯಮ’ ಇವು ಈ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿವೆ.
