। सूत उवाच । तत्र दाशरथी रामो वनवासाय दीक्षितः । भ्रममाणो धरापृष्ठे सीतालक्ष्मणसंयुतः
| sūta uvāca | tatra dāśarathī rāmo vanavāsāya dīkṣitaḥ | bhramamāṇo dharāpṛṣṭhe sītālakṣmaṇasaṃyutaḥ
ಸೂತನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಅಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಶರಥಿ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನು ವನವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ದೀಕ್ಷಿತನಾಗಿ, ಸೀತಾ-ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿಪೃಷ್ಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು।
