Transliteration

viśvāmitra uvāca | satyametanmahārāja yattvayā vyāhṛtaṃ vacaḥ | anye'pi nāgarāḥ saṃti vedavedāṃgapāragāḥ

Translation

ವಿಶ್ವಾಮಿತ್ರನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಮಹಾರಾಜನೇ, ನೀನು ಉಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದ ವಚನ ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಸತ್ಯ. ವೇದಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ವೇದಾಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪಾರಂಗತರಾದ ಇತರ ನಾಗರ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರೂ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ.
