तस्मिन्नपि च यः पूजां तेनैव विधिना नरः । तस्य यः कुरुते सम्यक्स भूपत्वमवाप्नुयात्
tasminnapi ca yaḥ pūjāṃ tenaiva vidhinā naraḥ | tasya yaḥ kurute samyaksa bhūpatvamavāpnuyāt
ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಯಾರು ಅದೇ ವಿಧಿಯಿಂದ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ಸಮ್ಯಕವಾಗಿ ನೆರವೇರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೋ, ಅವರು ಭೂಪತ್ವ—ರಾಜತ್ವ—ವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ।
