Transliteration

vākpravṛttipradodgāre prayatne sarvakarmaṇām | ākaṃṭhasurasaṃsthānamudānasya prakīrtyate

Translation

ವಾಕ್ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿ, ಡಕಾರ (ಉದ್ಗಾರ) ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ—ಇವುಗಳ ಕಾರಣ ಉದಾನವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ; ಇದರ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಕಂಠದವರೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೇಲ್ಭಾಗದ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವರೆಗೆ ಎಂದು ಕೀರ್ತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ।
