आत्मपुत्राय ते शंभो आत्मदौहित्रकाय ते । इत्युक्ते विष्णुना सर्वे साधुसाध्विति ते जगुः
ātmaputrāya te śaṃbho ātmadauhitrakāya te | ityukte viṣṇunā sarve sādhusādhviti te jaguḥ
ವಿಷ್ಣುವು ‘ಹೇ ಶಂಭೋ, ಇದು ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವಪುತ್ರನಿಗೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವದೌಹಿತ್ರನಿಗೇ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದಾಗ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ‘ಸಾಧು! ಸಾಧು!’ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು.
