draṣṭṛtvādi vihīnaṃ ca śabdasparśasamujjhitam | vyapetagaṃdharūpaṃ ca rasatyaktamadiṅmukham

ಅದು ದ್ರಷ್ಟೃತ್ವಾದಿ ಭಾವಗಳಿಂದ ವಿಹೀನ; ಶಬ್ದ-ಸ್ಪರ್ಶವರ್ಜಿತ; ಗಂಧ-ರೂಪಗಳು ದೂರವಾದವು; ರಸತ್ಯಕ್ತ—ದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ಅರಿವೂ ಇಲ್ಲದದು।
