Sukta 9.77
ते नः पूर्वास उपरास इन्दवो महे वाजाय धन्वन्तु गोमते । ईक्षेण्यासो अह्यो न चारवो ब्रह्मब्रह्म ये जुजुषुर्हविर्हविः ॥
té naḥ pū́rvāsa úparāsa índavo mahé vā́jāya dhanvantu gó-mate | īkṣeṇyā́so ahyò na cā́ravo bráhma-brahma yé jujuṣúr havír-haviḥ ||
ನಮಗಾಗಿ ಆ ಪುರಾತನವೂ ನಂತರದವೂ ಆದ ಇಂದುವಿನ ಬಿಂದುಗಳು, ಗೋಮತಿಯಾದ ಮಹಾ ವಾಜ (ಬಲ-ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿ) ಕಡೆಗೆ ವೇಗಿಸಲಿ. ಕಾಣುವಂತೆಯೂ ಸರ್ಪದಂತೆ ಚುರುಕಾಗಿಯೂ ಇರುವವರು, ಪ್ರತಿ ಹವಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮ (ಮಂತ್ರ)ವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವವರು—ಅವರು ಮಂತ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಚಲಿಸಲಿ.
