आ नः शुष्मं नृषाह्यं वीरवन्तं पुरुस्पृहम् । पवस्व सोम धारया ॥
Transliteration
ā́ naḥ śúṣmaṃ nṛṣā́hyaṃ vīrávantaṃ puruspṛ́ham | páv asva soma dhā́rayā ||
Translation
ಹೇ ಸೋಮ, ನಿನ್ನ ಧಾರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಹರಿದು ಬಾ; ನರರ ಪ್ರತಿರೋಧಗಳನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸುವ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು—ವೀರವಂತ, ಬಹುಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿತ—ನಮಗೆ ದಯಪಾಲಿಸು, ನಮ್ಮ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವವು ವಿಜಯೀ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಸಜ್ಜಾಗಲೆಂದು.
