अयं वां घर्मो अश्विना स्तोमेन परि षिच्यते । अयं सोमो मधुमान्वाजिनीवसू येन वृत्रं चिकेतथः ॥

ayáṃ vāṃ gharmó aśvinā stómena pári sicyate | ayáṃ sómo mádhumān vājinīvasū yéna vr̥tráṃ cikétathaḥ ||

ಹೇ ಅಶ್ವಿನೌ, ಇದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಘರ್ಮ (ಉಷ್ಣ ಅರ್ಪಣ); ಸ್ತೋಮದಿಂದ ಸರ್ವತಃ ಪರಿಷೇಕವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಮಧುಮಯ ಸೋಮ, ಹೇ ವಾಜಿನೀವಸೂ (ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಅಧಿಪತಿಗಳೇ)—ಇದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ವೃತ್ರ (ಆವರಕ)ನನ್ನು ಅರಿತು ಅವನ ಬಂಧನವನ್ನು ಭೇದಿಸುತ್ತೀರಿ.
