ता भूरिपाशावनृतस्य सेतू दुरत्येतू रिपवे मर्त्याय । ऋतस्य मित्रावरुणा पथा वामपो न नावा दुरिता तरेम ॥
Transliteration
tā́ bhū́ripāśā́vanṛ́tasya sétū duratyetū́ ripáve mártyāya | ṛtásya mitrāvaruṇā pathā́ vām apó ná nā́vā duritā́ taréma ||
Translation
ಹೇ ಬಹುಪಾಶಿಗಳೇ, ನೀವು ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಅನೃತ (ಅಸತ್ಯ)ದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸೇತು—ಸೇತುವೆ; ಶತ್ರುವಾದ ಮರಣಶೀಲನಿಗೆ ದಾಟಲು ದುಸ್ತರ. ಹೇ ಮಿತ್ರ-ವರುಣ, ಋತದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಥದಿಂದ ನಾವು ದುರುತಗಳನ್ನು ನೀರನ್ನು ದೋಣಿಯಿಂದ ದಾಟುವಂತೆ ದಾಟಲಿ.
