Sukta 5.44
प्र व एते सुयुजो यामन्निष्टये नीचीरमुष्मै यम्य ऋतावृधः । सुयन्तुभिः सर्वशासैरभीशुभिः क्रिविर्नामानि प्रवणे मुषायति ॥
prá va ete suyújo yā́mann iṣṭáye nī́cīr amúṣmai yamyá ṛtā́vṛdhaḥ | suyántubhiḥ sarvaśā́sair abhī́śubhiḥ krívir nā́māni praváṇe muṣāyati ||
ಪ್ರ ವಃ ಏತೇ ಸುಯುಜೋ ಯಾಮನ್ನಿಷ್ಟಯೇ—ಇಷ್ಟಸಿದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಯಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ—ಮುಂದೆ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಋತದಿಂದ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾದವರು, ಆ ಒಬ್ಬನಿಗಾಗಿ ಕೆಳಗೆ ವಾಲುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸರ್ವಶಾಸನಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಕ ಲಗಾಮುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಮತ್ತು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕ ಕಿರಣಗಳ (ಅಭೀಶು)ೊಂದಿಗೆ—ಇಳಿಜಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಕ್ರಿವಿ’ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನು (ಸ್ಥಿರ ಗುರುತುಗಳನ್ನು) ಕಸಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
