कथा दाशेमाग्नये कास्मै देवजुष्टोच्यते भामिने गीः । यो मर्त्येष्वमृत ऋतावा होता यजिष्ठ इत्कृणोति देवान् ॥
kathā dāśemā́gnaye kā́ asmai devájuṣṭocyate bhā́mine gī́ḥ | yo mártyeṣv amṛ́ta ṛtā́vā hótā yájiṣṭha ít kṛṇóti devā́n ||
ಅಗ್ನಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಹೇಗೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸೋಣ? ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಿಯವಾದ ಯಾವ ವಾಣಿ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಾನ ಭಾಮಿನನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಬೇಕು? ಮর্ত್ಯರೊಳಗೆ ಅಮೃತನಾಗಿರುವ, ಋತವಂತನಾಗಿರುವ, ಯಜ್ಞದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಹೋತೃ—ಅವನೇ ನಮ್ಮಿಗಾಗಿ ದೇವರನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಗಟಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
