The Exposition of the Krishna Mantra (Kṛṣṇa-mantra-prakāśa): Nyāsa, Dhyāna, Worship, Yantra, and Prayoga
त्रिशो मूलेन मूर्द्धादिपादांतं व्यापकं न्यसेत् । सकृद्व्यापय्य तारेण मंत्रन्यासं ततश्चरेत् ॥ २७ ॥
triśo mūlena mūrddhādipādāṃtaṃ vyāpakaṃ nyaset | sakṛdvyāpayya tāreṇa maṃtranyāsaṃ tataścaret || 27 ||
ಮೂಲಮಂತ್ರದಿಂದ ಶಿರೋಮೂರ್ಧ್ನಿಯಿಂದ ಪಾದಾಂತವರೆಗೆ ಮೂರ ಬಾರಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ನ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ನಂತರ ‘ತಾರಾ’ ಮಂತ್ರದಿಂದ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ದೇಹವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಿ, ಆಮೇಲೆ ವಿಧಿಪೂರ್ವಕ ಮಂತ್ರ-ನ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು.
