व्यापकं मूलमन्त्रेण न्यासोऽयं भुवनाभिधः । मूलमंत्रं समुञ्चार्य मातृकावर्णमीरयेत् ॥ १० ॥
vyāpakaṃ mūlamantreṇa nyāso'yaṃ bhuvanābhidhaḥ | mūlamaṃtraṃ samuñcārya mātṛkāvarṇamīrayet || 10 ||
ಮೂಲಮಂತ್ರದಿಂದ ನಡೆಯುವ ಈ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ನ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ‘ಭುವನ’ ನ್ಯಾಸವೆಂದು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಮೊದಲು ಮೂಲಮಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಉಚ್ಚರಿಸಿ, ನಂತರ ಮಾತೃಕಾ ವರ್ಣಗಳನ್ನು ಜಪಿಸಬೇಕು.
