Saṅdhyā-ādi Nitya-karma-Vidhi
ब्राह्मयाद्य्रा मातरोऽष्टौ तु शक्तयो द्वाःस्थिताः स्वयम् । सेन्दुः स्वनामाघर्णाद्या ङेनमोन्ता इमे स्मृताः ॥ ८४ ॥
brāhmayādyrā mātaro'ṣṭau tu śaktayo dvāḥsthitāḥ svayam | senduḥ svanāmāgharṇādyā ṅenamontā ime smṛtāḥ || 84 ||
ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮೀ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಎಂಟು ಮಾತೃಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಎರಡು ದ್ವಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸ್ಥಿತವಾಗಿವೆ. ಅವು ಸೇಂದ್ರು, ಸ್ವನಾಮಾ, ಅಘರ್ಣಾ ಮೊದಲಾದವು—ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಙೆನಮೋಂತಾ ತನಕ—ಎಂದು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತವೆ।
