ಆರು ಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಮನು/ಮಂತ್ರರೂಪಗಳು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿವೆ; ಅವು ಮತ್ತೆ ಮೂರು ವಿಧವೆಂದು ನಿರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗ್ನೇಯ (ಅಗ್ನಿಸಂಬಂಧಿ)ವೆಂದು—‘ತಾರಾ’, ‘ಅಂತ್ಯ’, ‘ರೇಫ’, ‘ಸ್ವಾಹಾ’—ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ।
