गङ्गामाहात्म्य — The Greatness of the Gaṅgā
सनक उवाच । एवमौर्वाश्रमे ते द्वे बाहुभार्ये मुनीश्वर । चक्राते भक्तिभावेन शुश्रूषां प्रतिवासरम् 1. ॥ १ ॥
sanaka uvāca | evamaurvāśrame te dve bāhubhārye munīśvara | cakrāte bhaktibhāvena śuśrūṣāṃ prativāsaram 1. || 1 ||
ಸನಕನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಹೇ ಮುನೀಶ್ವರ! ಹೀಗೆ ಔರ್ವನ ಆಶ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಹುವಿನ ಆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಪತ್ನಿಯರು ಭಕ್ತಿಭಾವದಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಸೇವಾ-ಶುಶ್ರೂಷೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು।
