Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It highlights the impermanence of heavenly rewards: even after enjoying celestial pleasures, beings return to earthly realms according to karmic order, emphasizing the need for liberation-oriented practice beyond merit alone.
By implying that pleasure-based heavenly attainments are time-bound, it indirectly elevates bhakti and moksha-centered pursuit—devotion to the Supreme is taught as a means to transcend cyclical movement between heaven and earth.
The verse reflects the karmic sequencing of results (kramāt), a principle used in dharma-śāstra reasoning and in jyotiṣa (Vedic astrology) for understanding how merit and destiny unfold across realms and births.
