अत्यन्तं वर्जयेत्तैलं वानप्रस्थसमाश्रमी । व्यवायं वर्जयेच्चैव निद्रालस्ये तथैव च ॥ ८९ ॥
atyantaṃ varjayettailaṃ vānaprasthasamāśramī | vyavāyaṃ varjayeccaiva nidrālasye tathaiva ca || 89 ||
ವಾನಪ್ರಸ್ಥ ಆಶ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸಿದವನು ತೈಲವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ವರ್ಜಿಸಬೇಕು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮೈಥುನ, ಅತಿನಿದ್ರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಲಸ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ತ್ಯಜಿಸಬೇಕು.
