तलेनोरःस्थलं चैव अंगुल्यग्रैः शिरः स्पृशेत् । तलेन चांगुलाग्रैर्वा स्पृशेदंसौ विचक्षणः ॥ २२ ॥

ಕೈತಳದಿಂದ ಎದೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿಸಬೇಕು; ಬೆರಳ ತುದಿಗಳಿಂದ ತಲೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅಥವಾ ವಿವೇಕಿಯು ಕೈತಳ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆರಳ ತುದಿಗಳಿಂದ ಭುಜಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿಸಬೇಕು॥೨೨॥
