स्वोञ्चेष्वार्की तथा ज्यारैरुक्तैकांगे नृ पाधिपाः । लग्रे वर्गोत्तमेऽब्जे वा चतुरादिग्रहेक्षिते ॥ १७० ॥

ಶನಿ ಸ್ವರಾಶಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಉಚ್ಚಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದು, ಗುರು ಕೂಡ ಹೇಳಿದ ಏಕಾಂಗಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾಗ; ಲಗ್ನವು ವರ್ಗೋತ್ತಮವಾಗಿರಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಕುಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿತವಾಗಿರಲಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಚತುರ್ಥಾದಿ ಗ್ರಹದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಬಿದ್ದರೆ—ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ರಾಜರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.
